Unless specifically stated in the package description, airfare and Carnival costumes are not included. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights and purchasing their costumes directly from their selected masquerade band.

Yes. We offer payment plans to make your experience easier to budget for. Your payment schedule, payment amounts, and final payment deadline will be provided during booking. Payments must remain current to keep your reservation in good standing.
Because group travel requires advance commitments to accommodations, transportation, vendors, and event providers, refunds are subject to a sliding-scale cancellation policy and may be reduced by package, charges, expenses and payments already made on your behalf.
